Course Description
A practical, in-person course in hypnosis and hypnotherapy based on Marek Aleszko’s proprietary SET (Simple Effective Therapy) method. The programme covers the foundations of hypnosis, responsiveness testing, a range of hypnotic inductions, deepening and safe emergence, hypnotic communication, the Milton Model, parts work, timeline and regression-informed work, self-hypnosis, conversational hypnosis, work with children, and selected areas of hypnotherapy practice. Techniques are first demonstrated by the instructor and then practised in pairs under supervision, with ongoing feedback and competency assessment.
Additional Information The course was developed and is taught by Marek Aleszko, a professional hypnotherapist and the creator of the SET method. The training is strongly practice-oriented: participants observe live demonstrations, practise techniques in pairs, alternate between practitioner and participant roles, and receive direct feedback throughout the course. Student competency is assessed continuously through supervised practical exercises.
