Course Description
A 37-hour, live-online training program preparing participants to practice hypnotherapy safely, ethically, and effectively with clients in a state of general wellbeing. The course combines the neurobiological foundations of hypnotic change with a structured, four-stage clinical process — the IFT™ Method — covering trance induction, regression work, parts integration, and safe emergence.
The curriculum is built around four modules: the history and neurobiology of hypnosis; the practical structure of a hypnotherapy session; professional ethics and safety (informed consent, contraindications, documentation, and the boundaries of confidentiality); and the IFT™ four-stage process itself (Resources, Source, Release, and Agreement sessions), with supplementary techniques for phobias, weight, and dissociation.
Training consists of 25 hours of theory followed by 12 hours of supervised clinical practice, in which each trainee conducts their first complete client process under direct supervision. Competency is verified through a written examination and a supervised practicum, culminating in an independent, assessed session before certification.
Graduates receive an Institute Certificate as a Certified Hypnotherapist (IFT™ Method).
